For approved creators
- Project ULTIMA designs should feel clean in battle, readable in previews, and exciting enough for players to hunt or collect.
- Strong submissions include a clear theme, polished assets, and notes about where the design fits: general rotation, seasonal events, limited drops, or premium showcases.
- Creators should keep reskins consistent with the game’s style while still giving each design its own identity.
What designers can submit
- Reskin ideas with a name, target Pokémon, palette, and theme.
- Event concepts for holidays, limited releases, community drops, or special hunts.
- Visual pairing notes for tints, aura compatibility, shiny versions, and showcase screenshots.
- Revision notes explaining what changed between versions so staff can review faster.

- Reskin name and target Pokémon
- Theme, colors, and inspiration
- Intended use: general, seasonal, event-only, limited, or special release
- Sprite or asset links with clean file names
- Notes about tint compatibility, aura pairing, shiny versions, or rollout plans
Review process
- Submit: Send the full design package with assets and notes.
- Review: Staff checks quality, readability, uniqueness, and fit for Project ULTIMA.
- Revise: Designers may be asked to clean up colors, outlines, details, or presentation.
- Release: Approved designs can be prepared for future updates, events, or limited rotations.
Submission guidelines
- Keep designs readable in battle and in previews, not only in isolated art files.
- Label seasonal, exclusive, limited, or event submissions clearly.
- If the reskin is meant for high rarity or premium value, explain why it deserves that placement.
- Provide polished assets, clean file names, and a short summary of why the design fits Project ULTIMA.
